This is today's free daily sudoku puzzle from Sudoku Master. The grid is the same for every player worldwide — solve it at your own pace and your time goes onto the network leaderboard. A new daily puzzle drops every UTC midnight in three difficulty levels: easy, medium, and hard. Pick the level that fits your day with the buttons in the sidebar.
The board behaves like classic sudoku: each row, column, and 3×3 box must contain the digits 1 through 9 exactly once. Click a cell, press a number key, and the digit goes in. Press N to switch to pencil-mark mode and jot candidate numbers in the corner of any cell. Smart highlights show the active row, column, and box, plus every other cell already holding the same digit — useful when you are scanning for conflicts.
Use the toolbar to undo a move with Z, redo with Y, erase a wrong digit, or spend one of three hints if you get truly stuck. Errors are tracked but do not end the puzzle — keep going until the grid is complete. Pause the timer with P whenever you need to step away.
If you are new to sudoku: the rules are short. Fill every empty cell so that each of the nine rows contains the digits 1 to 9 with no repeats, each of the nine columns contains 1 to 9 with no repeats, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes contains 1 to 9 with no repeats. Every well-formed sudoku has exactly one solution that you can reach through pure logic — no guessing required.
Start by scanning. Pick a digit, look at where it already appears, and find rows, columns, or boxes where it is missing. Wherever there is only one cell left for that digit, place it. When scanning runs out, switch to pencil marks and start eliminating candidates. Easy puzzles solve with scanning alone. Medium and hard puzzles need pencil marks, naked pairs, and sometimes X-wing patterns.
